Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the epigenetic profiling market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling molecular biology products, specifically kits and services, and will play a critical role in driving our growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base.
• Identify and target potential customers in the epigenetics market, including academic institutions, biotech companies, and research organizations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate our epigenetic profiling solutions to prospective customers.
• Lead the work with creating compelling sales materials and campaigns, in collaboration with an external marketing firm.
• Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
• Represent Epigenica at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in selling molecular biology products, including kits and services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the epigenetics market and/or molecular biology techniques.
• Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD or MBA) in a related field.
• Experience with high-throughput and multiplexing technologies.
• Established network of contacts in the epigenetics and molecular biology industries.
